1.  All Stalls, Pens, and Picket areas must be cleaned before you leave. A 15.00 charge will be assessed if not abided by.
2. Dogs must be kept on a leash
3. Please saddle your horses at the tie rails or in your stall or pen.When you lea ve your horse tied to your trailer it leaves a mess at the site. Do not start any other fire areas on the sites. Use the ones that are there.
4. We are not responsible for accidents to you or your horse.
5. Please be kind to your neighbors. If problems arise please come to us to help out.

 All reservations do require a 20.00 deposit for electric. 12.00 for primitive and 32.00 for bunk rooms. This is non-refundable but will let you transfer your deposit one time.
